一加二的故事
一場(chǎng)車禍奪去了兩個(gè)動(dòng)物學(xué)家兄弟的妻子，隨后，他們一邊迷戀著那個(gè)在車禍中失去一條腿的女人，一邊用攝影機(jī)記錄各種動(dòng)物尸體腐爛的過(guò)程。在影片靜態(tài)的畫面中，那些鱷魚(yú)、小狗、天鵝、斑馬的尸體一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)地變黑、干癟、噴出腐水、爬出蛆蟲(chóng)。最終，女人那條剩下的腿也;漸漸死去、被截除，她在生下一對(duì)屬于兩兄弟的雙胞胎之后死去。兩兄弟則在鏡頭前注射毒劑，把自己的尸體作為最后一種研究和展示對(duì)象。

Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
