富有正義感與同情心的許鐵恨醫(yī)生，幼年父親迷上外頭壞女人，母親因而自殺，所以在潛意識(shí)里，十分痛恨沾花惹草的男人，和招蜂引蝶的女人，劇中許鐵恨醫(yī)生冒充律師和警官身分，先淫后殺放蕩女子黃麗麗及安娜兩人，也教訓(xùn)何太平經(jīng)理，使其回歸與妻溫馨.........但最后警方抽絲剝繭，終於破案.緝捕許鐵恨醫(yī)生歸案，在警局和護(hù)士碧蓮相擁而泣.........
