　　一雙繡花鞋，隱藏著一個死亡詛咒，凡是穿過繡花鞋的人都意外慘死，無一幸免。安雯（何乙軒 飾）大病未愈，擺脫了丈夫潘航（輝燦 飾）和醫(yī)生的看護，獨自逃回老家古宅生活。安雯在老宅發(fā)現了一雙祖上流傳并受到死亡詛咒的繡花鞋，陰差陽錯之下繡花鞋穿在了她的腳上，意外開啟了繡花鞋上的死亡詛咒。咒怨生效冤魂索命，盤桓在老宅之中的詭影無處不在，無法擺脫的惡靈如影隨形，迫使頻臨崩潰的安雯做出瘋狂的舉動，陷入一場危機四伏的驚魂逃亡……

攝影師榮格偶遇前女友洛依，尾隨她回家后便悄然居住在這個房間里，偷窺著洛依的一舉一動。洛依時常會帶不同的男人回家，但都被榮格悄無聲息的黃了。隨著時間的推移，榮格在房間里的狀態(tài)愈加放松，馬腳也漸漸露的多了，洛依越來越感覺到房間里有榮格的存在

　　帕茲和西蒙是一對夫婦，他們與西蒙的女兒生活在一個小鎮(zhèn)上。西蒙是一支女子足球隊的教練。一個偶然的機會，西蒙的女兒在踢球時發(fā)現有人正在進行宗教儀式。她走近并拿走了一個器物，然而不久之后，女兒神秘失蹤了。西蒙和帕茲非常擔心女兒的安危，他們四處打聽消息，而西蒙尤為焦急。為了找到女兒，帕茲一方面為她祈禱，一方面尋求靈媒的協助。通過與西蒙的接觸，靈媒得以看到一些景象：一個男人被兩個人殺害，小女孩藏在床底下，倒立的十字架，紅色窗簾覆蓋在尸體上。　　西蒙聽到這些描述感到震驚和恐懼，他急不可耐地與久未聯系的母親取得聯系，希望她能幫忙打聽消息。帕茲的表哥在警局工作，他雖然知道FBI已經接手此案，但仍愿意協助打聽消息。于是，西蒙和表哥一起前往人員繁忙的紅燈區(qū)。就在他們與負責該區(qū)域的警官交談時，一個妓女認出了西蒙，但叫他羅伯特。西蒙堅稱她認錯了人，妓女于是在紙巾上寫下一行字，邀請他私下交談。當晚，西蒙前往約定地點，但發(fā)現妓女已被殺。
