　　朱英秀（金明敏 飾）是一名律師，和妻子敏晶（樸珠美 飾）過著幸福的生活，兩人共同養(yǎng)育著他們愛情的結(jié)晶慧琳（金素賢 飾），朱英秀相信正是因?yàn)橛辛酥鞯谋幼o(hù)，他才能夠過上如此美滿的人生。然而，一場意外的發(fā)生徹底擊碎了朱英秀的信念?！　〗壏私壖芰四暧椎幕哿?，兩人就此下落不明。起初，朱英秀和妻子都堅(jiān)信慧琳一定能夠平安歸來，然而隨著時(shí)間的推移，這份堅(jiān)定逐漸粉碎為了塵埃。朱秀英甚至因?yàn)榇藭r(shí)而對自己堅(jiān)持一生的信仰產(chǎn)生了懷疑。一晃眼八年過去，一通意外的來電在這個(gè)支離破碎的家庭之內(nèi)再度掀起波瀾，慧琳還活著，而朱英秀唯一的信仰，就是找到她。

　　As bacteriologist Lena (38) drives past a burning car, she hears a scream of a dying woman. Lena does not tell her boyfriend how much the incident distresses her, just as she does not talk about the stillbirth she recently had. Instead, she throws herself into her work, intrudes into the life of the deceased, begins an affair with the widower and gradually takes on the role of mother to their son. Her persistent insomnia causes her to lose control between dreams and reality. Finally she accepts the help of a whisperer and then finds her own way to cope with her loss
