劇情縱覽
背景是一個(gè)黑幫新舊勢力轉(zhuǎn)換期，舊幫會(huì)老大因逃避警方而遠(yuǎn)走臺(tái)灣，新幫會(huì)就乘機(jī)坐大，更欲取得幫會(huì)中的名冊作鞏固勢力，肥豪一人到坤叔家里欲威迫坤交出名冊。怎料坤早把名冊資料輸入電腦磁碟中，暗地交予老大的情婦清。坤夫婦更臨危托孤，將獨(dú)生女玲托清照顧。
