民國年間，一個叫做孤山村的山莊里，姚家小姐姚秀被白皮子迷惑成妖，因而導(dǎo)致全家被害的離奇慘案。多年后，化名路小安的姚秀重返孤山村，查找當(dāng)年全家被害的原因。最終巧施妙計找出真兇，并打破了白皮子能夠附身控制人的假象，揭露了一切封建迷信都是謠言傳說，倡導(dǎo)了破除迷信，崇尚科學(xué)，樹立正確的世界觀，堅信唯物主義思想。
