　　2012韓國電影《無情的城市》堪稱“韓國版《撞車》”，以9個人物為中心，講述他們在24小時內(nèi)發(fā)生的連環(huán)悲劇。李基英在片中飾演一位放高利貸的放債人，他放貸給面臨破產(chǎn)危機的金大宇(金石勛飾)，在金大宇沒能力償還高利貸后李基英就以此為借口威脅金大宇說要摘除他的臟器。特別是李基英在殺死自己的妻子后，當(dāng)他被指定為嫌疑人接受調(diào)查時面不改色、處變不驚、泰然處之的演技表現(xiàn)，令人感到毛骨悚然。

牢獄鴛

 肯特·馬洛（蒙哥馬利·克里夫特 飾）因酒駕而入獄，并在牢中認(rèn)識了搶劫犯約翰·摩根（切斯特·莫里斯 飾）和殺人犯機關(guān)槍布奇（華萊士·比里 飾）。性格軟弱的馬洛入獄第一晚便遭到了布奇的欺凌，隨后他與其他獄友也無法和諧相處，心懷不滿的他在警察密探的慫恿下想要通過抓住布奇和摩根的把柄的方式來提前出獄。性格暴躁的布奇無法忍受牢中惡劣的飲食條件，在餐廳慫恿所有犯人一起抗議，最終遭到壓制，布奇也因此被送往地牢，但他心中已打定主意要設(shè)法越獄。摩根性格狡猾，在獄中一直左右逢源，并因在獄中表現(xiàn)良好得到了提前出獄的假釋機會，就在他喜不勝收準(zhǔn)備出獄之時，某個突然而來的事件永遠(yuǎn)改變了他的命運。

Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
