對(duì)美食有著獨(dú)特見解的“碼農(nóng)”陸拾谷（王傳君飾），與經(jīng)常用美食治愈生活的圖書編輯張嘉怡（江疏影飾），因午飯時(shí)的拼桌意外結(jié)識(shí)，在一起尋找更多美味的經(jīng)歷下，兩人逐漸成為彼此味覺和心意相投的“飯搭子”。陸拾谷默默按照母親的心意生活、工作，可心中卻翻涌著無限波濤，張嘉怡的圖書編輯工作、感情生活紛紛遇到瓶頸，在都市的煙火氣，牛馬打工人的迷茫中，拾谷與嘉怡最終會(huì)在味蕾與真心的指引下如何完成自我的成長(zhǎng)？二人間又會(huì)產(chǎn)生怎樣宿命般的羈絆？一道色香味俱全的真香菜肴只待觀眾“嘗鮮”！

　　As bacteriologist Lena (38) drives past a burning car, she hears a scream of a dying woman. Lena does not tell her boyfriend how much the incident distresses her, just as she does not talk about the stillbirth she recently had. Instead, she throws herself into her work, intrudes into the life of the deceased, begins an affair with the widower and gradually takes on the role of mother to their son. Her persistent insomnia causes her to lose control between dreams and reality. Finally she accepts the help of a whisperer and then finds her own way to cope with her loss
