八又二分一女人
日內(nèi)瓦富商－菲利浦 ;伊曼索在日本有八又二分之一家柏青哥店，而這些店面皆位在日本個大城市的熱鬧街道上，他將這些店交由兒子史多瑞經(jīng)營。史多瑞逐漸迷上日本的一切，并且對于日本人因地震而激發(fā)出來的不服輸?shù)木襁\(yùn)用于du博上感到佩服...。 飛利浦的妻子死了，令他哀慟不已。為了轉(zhuǎn)移飛利浦的注意力，史多瑞帶他去看費(fèi)里尼的《八又二分之一》，飛利浦對電影中各式各樣的女人著迷不已，于是父子兩人便計劃找來了因?yàn)閐u柏青哥而負(fù)債累累的SIMATO（伊能靜飾），并借由他去尋找欲望天堂。SIMATO找了第一位是無可救-樂于女伴男裝的MIO，第二位是KITO她原來是一個賢淑上班女孩并與史多瑞墜入愛河，是一位不做精神上的修女而是肉體上滿足的女孩，還有名女騎師BERYL，從監(jiān)獄中救出的販嬰不孕少婦GIACONDA，加上菲利普老婆最疼愛的仆人CLOTHILDE，而SIMATO更為了實(shí)現(xiàn)費(fèi)里尼的【八又二分之一】挖掘到了PAIMIRA，她是個半男半女的人妖，半截身軀使她需要以輪椅為伍....而最後一位女人是DELCTO..她是菲利普夢寐以求的....。 這八又二分之一個女人，與史多瑞在日內(nèi)瓦的豪宅里，構(gòu)筑出他們自己的欲望天堂，經(jīng)過時間每個女人漸漸要求要求自主，菲利普也如愿的成功一圓放縱的夢想，然而女人們的強(qiáng)勢逐漸抬頭，壓過了男人的幻想，男人越來越迷惑、逐漸失去興致、史多瑞終于明白這終于成為過眼云煙.....男人終于輸給女人........... 作為一個一向大膽的并且備受爭議的導(dǎo)演，彼得 ;格林納威總是在用他十足震撼的鏡頭語言向觀眾擺出超常的挑戰(zhàn)，使他們對他的電影非愛即恨。在他的《起草人協(xié)議》、《ZOO》、《建筑師的肚子》、《被數(shù)字淹沒》、《廚師，小偷，妻子和情人》、《普洛斯彼羅的書》、《梅肯之子》和《枕邊禁書》中，格林納威無不在做出新的電影嘗試，將他的古典主義觀點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)代的，實(shí)驗(yàn)性的形式結(jié)合。而新作《8個半女人》則可稱做是他的作品整體的一個新的里程碑。

The story follows the wanderings of a hero through the situations of survival. People wait for the Ark to arrive and rescue them while their habitat falls apart. Delving deep into the dusty and long abandonded vaults of b-cinema in search of lost gems always leaves me with a bittersweet taste. On one hand the discovery of unexpected gems where no one would think them possible is a rewarding experience. On the other hand though it makes one wonder how many of these remarkable low-budget oddities, personal love affairs of directors never quite famous and now all but forgotten, have almost forever slipped from memory? n any case what we have here is a little post-apocalyptic gem from Poland that is really better than it has any right to. The dystopian near future of O-BI, O-BA finds a group of survivors of the nuclear war that ravaged the Earth inhabiting an underworld concrete bunker and biding their time as they wait for the mysterious Ark, an air ship of some kind that will come and save them. The Ark proves to be an elaborate hoax, carefully designed to give hope to the malnourished and desperate denizens of the bunker, while in the meantime the dome that separates their miserable existence from the nuclear winter outside is slowly caving in. What first striked me about the movie is the design of the bunker and the depiction of the survivors. The survivors are gaunt, filthy and terrible-looking penitents, dressed in rags and aimlessly wandering the neon-lit halls of the bunker like automatons. The bunker is a rundown, seedy place, with bright neon lights peering from all sides like the eyes of malignant beasts. On one hand it is a slightly 80's depiction of the dystopian future but the movie never stoops down to MAD MAX cheese. Instead it combines biting political satire with the bleak outlook of a world with no future, black comedy with barbs on apathy, religion and power. The survivors, for example, are fed some kind of flour dropping from a tube that hovers in the air - later on we discover the food supervisor uses books and the Bible itself as filler for this meagre meal. There are many such short symbolic touches, perhaps not life-changing or faith-restoring, yet playful, clever and inspired. One thing is for sure; O-BI, O-BA is not your run-of-the-mill sci-fi schlock. It overcomes its modest budget with creativity and has genuine artistic aspirations both from a writing and directing perspective. My opinion is that it should have been filmed in black and white instead of colour though. The director uses atmospheric light and shadow to great effect and it would have registered even better in stark black and white. The blue-green neon on the other hand outstays its welcome after a while. Just a minor gripe in an otherwise solid b-movie with its heart set in all the right places. Imagine a less bleak THE ROAD (Cormac McCarthy) being injected with the satire and humour of DR.STRANGELOVE and you're getting there. See it if you can find it.

But as the night progresses strange things begin to happen - and she realizes it may not all be in her head.
