　　陳薇（尹馨 飾）帶著女兒（林采潔 飾）為躲避家暴的丈夫住進(jìn)有自殺勝地之稱的蝴蝶大廈后怪事頻傳。管理員梁伯（馮淬帆 飾）和頂樓的廟公山叔（蔡振南 飾）不斷提醒她這一層樓不太干凈，如果有能力還是盡快搬走，但是經(jīng)濟(jì)拮據(jù)的她暫時(shí)只能棲身于此。各種三教九流的鄰居、雜貨鋪有陰陽眼的自閉癥男孩阿弟（白潤音 飾），還有那間被再三交代禁止靠近的613號房，一切都令陳薇感到詭異莫名。外表陽光的代班管理員小梁（曹佑寧 飾）對獨(dú)立堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的陳薇照顧有加，經(jīng)常借故上門幫忙維修家電，陳薇女兒看到他來也會難得露出微笑。正值鬼門開時(shí)，蝴蝶大廈內(nèi)意外頻傳，甚至發(fā)生許多靈異事件，但老住戶們似乎已經(jīng)習(xí)以為常。陳薇原本是想帶女兒逃離丈夫，不料卻將自己卷入更大危機(jī)之中...

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

影片以一年四季為時(shí)間軸，講述一個(gè)冰島家庭在父母分居期間的生活。女主人公安娜是位視覺藝術(shù)家，剛失去工作室的她開始在戶外創(chuàng)作。她的丈夫馬格努斯是名漁夫，常年在海上作業(yè)，卻拒絕接受婚姻已走到盡頭的事實(shí)，不斷回到曾經(jīng)的家中。
