小林（陳彥名 飾）是一名同性戀者，和男友過著非常幸福的生活。然而，一場可怕的意外奪走了男友的生命，將小林獨自一人拋入了絕望和悲痛的深淵，為了收拾心情，小林離開了家鄉(xiāng)來到臺北，希望在這里能夠開啟新的人生旅途。 　　在臺北紅樓，小林結(jié)識了名為喬什（呂金象 飾）的男子，高大帥氣的喬什讓小林久違的體會到了心動的感覺，可就在兩人關(guān)系走得越來越近時，小林才發(fā)現(xiàn)，自己并沒有真的做好進入下一段戀情的準備。一個名叫西恩（紀言愷 飾）的男人插足了小林和喬什之間的感情，這個大家眼里的好好先生，卻是小林和喬什關(guān)系里的定時炸彈。

But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　與丈夫（安東尼·拉帕格利亞飾）慶祝完結(jié)婚25周年后不久，丈夫出差在外，達西（瓊·艾倫）在車庫找電池，卻無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)丈夫就是新聞中說的“臭名昭著的連環(huán)殺手比蒂”。　　影片的小說藍本是金2010年出版的短篇小說集《暗夜無星》（Full Dark, No Stars）中的一篇。金在接受采訪時說，小說的靈感來自于2005年被捕的美國“BTK連環(huán)殺手”丹尼斯·雷德（Dennis Rader），他就有一位結(jié)婚三十四年的妻子寶拉（Paula），對他的殺人行為毫不知情。金表示，小說探討的是，人與人之間永遠不可能完全了解，即使是最愛的人也一樣。
