　　講述冠宇（張庭瑚 飾）因與父親武雄（李興文 飾）不合，為了賺錢(qián)早日搬離家，與好友龜仔（李明倉(cāng) 飾）一起到旅社打工，不料打掃的房間竟有人自縊身亡，房?jī)?nèi)充斥不祥的泰國(guó)符號(hào)，而旅社老板娘（吳奕蓉 飾）更是舉止詭異，整間旅社彌漫著死亡的氣息，向冠宇席卷而來(lái)。

　　富頓教授（加里·格蘭特 Cary Grant 飾）是一位科學(xué)家，正在研究一種能夠讓人返老還童的神奇藥物。某一天，富頓用來(lái)試驗(yàn)藥物的黑猩猩從籠子里逃了出來(lái)，在實(shí)驗(yàn)室里“大鬧天宮”，沒(méi)想到竟然在誤打誤撞之下將富頓一直想要研制但始終沒(méi)有成功的神藥給搗鼓了出來(lái)。　　對(duì)此一無(wú)所知的富頓在偶然間喝下了這種藥物，很快，藥效便發(fā)揮了作用，富頓一反常態(tài)，言行舉止儼然一幅二十歲小伙子的模樣。秘書(shū)路易斯（瑪麗蓮·夢(mèng)露 Marilyn Monroe 飾）前來(lái)拜訪富頓教授，沒(méi)想到卻被他邀請(qǐng)去游泳、溜冰。之后，富頓的妻子愛(ài)德華（金格爾·羅杰斯 Ginger Rogers 飾）亦誤食了藥物，一連串讓人忍俊不禁的趣事就此展開(kāi)。
