　　合力擊敗馬交文之后，king（劉德華 飾）與化骨龍（張家輝 飾）聯(lián)合化骨龍的表哥阿叻（陳百祥 飾）騙取了惡人大眼文一筆錢。當(dāng)他們打算享受一番之際，大眼文把化骨龍抓走了。King與阿叻則被警方帶到與中方高層見面，他們被派往拉斯維加斯捉拿大老千Peter朱（萬梓良 飾）。為了得到巨款拯救化骨龍，king接受了這次任務(wù)，前往拉斯維加斯?！　≡诶咕S加斯，小心（郁芳 飾）與阿扁（林熙蕾 飾）一心想找到金龜婿，后來加入了king的老千行列。終于他們遇到了Peter，兩人互相欺騙更多次交手，敵意漸生?！　ing用阿扁做餌勾引Peter成功，他們經(jīng)由沙漠公路到洛杉磯，途中Peter極力逃脫。眾人在沙漠奮力搏斗。Peter的手下竟然用直升機(jī)拯救，幸好king神機(jī)妙算，順利把Peter帶回香港。

　　改編自同名網(wǎng)絡(luò)連載漫畫，由原作漫畫作者鄭嚴(yán)植親執(zhí)導(dǎo)筒拍攝。該片講述了被連環(huán)殺人犯奪去家人的女子以自己的臟器作為擔(dān)保展開報(bào)復(fù)行動的故事。
