　　阿黃（許冠文 飾）是一名料理師，個性有些輕浮又十分愛現(xiàn)，但實際上，他是個名副其實的“妻管嚴(yán)”。阿黃和爺爺（許英秀 飾）一起住在岳父（盧海鵬 飾）家中，岳父性格武斷又強勢，生活中阿黃免不了要受氣，日積月累下來，阿黃的心中積蓄了許多不滿?！　∧橙眨晃幻麨槭┦ㄈ~倩文 飾）的美麗女子出現(xiàn)在了阿黃的面前，她正是阿黃的夢中情人。讓阿黃沒有想到的是，施施竟然對自己一往情深，還邀請他去菲律賓度假，這樣的好機會阿黃怎么能夠放過，兩人遂即動身。阿黃的妻子（鄒美儀 飾）和好友雪莉（葉麗儀 飾）得知此事，遂和父親一起，對阿黃展開了“追捕”。

Ay?e, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
