　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

 小學(xué)生典道（山崎裕太）與佑價(jià)（反田孝幸）等同伴們就煙花升騰而起時(shí)是扁是圓展開爭(zhēng)論，無(wú)果后，眾人困惑起來(lái)，為了將困惑解決，他們決定趁夏季花火大會(huì)的機(jī)會(huì)去燃放煙花的燈塔上一探究竟。典道和佑價(jià)同時(shí)暗戀的同學(xué)，早熟的少女奈砂（奧菜惠）因?yàn)楦改鸽x異懷起心事。一場(chǎng)在典道和佑價(jià)之間進(jìn)行的五十米游泳比賽結(jié)束后，奈砂單約勝利者佑價(jià)陪她去看煙花，不想對(duì)方最終決定同大伙一起去燈塔。奈砂最終拉上比賽失敗的典道上路，目的地卻變成了火車站甚至更遠(yuǎn)的東京。
