在距現(xiàn)在不遠的未來東京，隨著時代科技的進步，人們已開始使用氫氣電池及人型機器人了。雖然技術(shù)進步了 但犯罪檢舉率卻反而降低 失業(yè)率上升等社會不安定也不斷增加。喜歡李小龍的美少女鈴木?？諄?怪異科學(xué)技術(shù)工程師原田智久和曾經(jīng)是刑警、患上面類中毒的老伯黑川健一三人一起經(jīng)營了一間通稱DSA（DANGER SERVICE AGENCY）的危險代理公司，這間公司不管委托的工作是合法或不合法都會接受代理。
